While we initially started out inquiring about next year, we learned there is still time this season. We will be testing the waters at the Chatham Borough Farmers’ Market. The Market Manager has the patience of a saint and we wouldn’t have attempted this so soon without her support.
So assuming all our paperwork is approved, we plan to be in Chatham this Saturday. Our acorn finished, natural and antibiotic-free Berkshire Guinea Hog pork will be available and sold by the pound. It’s been USDA inspected and flash frozen in vacuum sealed packs. We’ll be bringing several varieties of sausage, ground pork, loin roasts, pork chops, and shoulder and fresh ham roasts.
